Optimization and Performance Analysis of a Distributed Energy System Considering the Coordination of the Operational Strategy and the Fluctuation of Annual Hourly Load

The operation strategies of a distributed energy system (DES) are usually proposed according to the electrical load (FEL) and thermal (FTL), which take cooling/heating or electric as unique constraint conditions that result in too high low equipment rate. This paper proposes new hybrid strategy (HOS) takes full utilization natural gas minimization power consumption from grid constraints coordinates cooling/electricity ratio heating/electricity buildings equipment. In optimization phase DES, an method based on discretization is investigate influence uncertainty helps avoid repeated simulations provides stronger adjustability by quoting normal distribution function obtain multiple sets data with different fluctuations. Further, multi-objective model combining genetic algorithm (GA) mixed integer linear programming (MILP) was established find optimal configuration capacities comprehensively considering annual total cost, carbon emissions, efficiency DES.
